UPDATE...ADJUSTED NEAR TERM POPS TO MATCH CURRENT RADAR AND TRENDS
INTO THE AFTERNOON. ALSO ADJUSTED TEMPS. TOLEDO AREA HAS BEEN
QUITE THE CHALLENGE WITH WINDS OFF THE LAKE PAST COUPLE DAYS AND
