  Congaree River At Carolina Eastman affecting Calhoun...Lexington 
  and Richland Counties 
  
.Rainfall over the past few days along with amounts between 1 to 2 
inches over the past 24 hours combined with releases from 
area reservoirs will produce minor flooding along the Congaree 
River at Carolina Eastman.

  The Congaree River At Carolina Eastman
* from this morning to Friday afternoon...Or until the warning is 
  cancelled.
* At 11 PM Sunday the stage was 110.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 115.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this morning
  then fluctuate around 115.0 through much of Monday. The river will 
  crest around 118.5 feet after midnight Wednesday morning. The 
  river will fall below flood stage Thursday April 23.
* At 115.0 feet...minor flooding of Low lying and flood prone areas 
  of the Carolina Eastman facility begin to flood. Portions of the 
  Congaree Park begin to flood. This include flooding of the Lower 
  Boardwalk within the park. Cedar Creek within the park continues
  to rise well above 7.0 feet. This will increase the flooding of 
  the boardwalk area. 
* At 119.0 feet...Extensive flooding occurs in the Congaree National 
  Park. Farmland downstream from Columbia becomes flooded.
