MASSACHUSETTS...MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.  THESE STORMS WILL
PRODUCE HEAVY RAINFALL WITH LOCALIZED STREET AND HIGHWAY FLOODING
POSSIBLE THROUGH 430 PM.
