ALSO INCREASE AND HELP TO STABILIZE THE AIRMASS. CAPES WILL BE UP
TO 500 J/KG ALONG THE FRONT RANGE MOUNTAINS AND FOOTHILLS AND ALSO
ALONG THE PALMER DIVIDE. MOISTURE WILL ALSO DECREASE WITH
PRECIPITABLE WATER VALUES AROUND THREE-QUARTERS OF AN INCH OVER
