AREAS OF FOG WERE DEVELOPING ACROSS THE AREA EARLY THIS MORNING AS
INCREASING MOISTURE AHEAD OF THE STORM SYSTEM IN THE PLAINS
ARRIVES. SOME OF THE FOG WAS LOCALLY DENSE...WITH VISIBILITIES OF
1/2 MILE OR LESS...MAINLY IN FAR SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN...AND ON THE
RIDGE TOPS EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER. THIS FOG AND THE LOWER
VISIBILITIES WILL REMAIN ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH SUNRISE.

IF YOU MUST TRAVEL THIS MORNING...BE PREPARED FOR REDUCED AND
CHANGING VISIBILITIES DUE TO THE FOG. SLOW DOWN AND ALLOW SOME
