WINDS BEING THE MAIN THREATS. HEAVY RAINS ARE ALSO EXPECTED...WHICH
COULD LEAD TO LOCALIZED AREAS OF FLOODING OR FLASH FLOODING.

THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL CONTINUE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
SATURDAY NIGHT... MAINLY ACROSS EASTERN SECTIONS OF THE PANHANDLES.
STRONG AND SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND
