STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 7 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
THATCHER TO RIDGEDALE...MOVING SLOWLY SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH.

SMALL HAIL AND WIND GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH THESE 
STORMS...ALONG WITH HEAVY RAIN PARTICULARLY WEST OF INTERSTATE 15 
NEAR THE UTAH LINE. FREQUENT LIGHTING WAS ALSO OBSERVED FROM A CELL 
OVER THE BANNOCK RANGE WHICH WAS MOVING TOWARD PRESTON AND WILL 
LIKELY IMPACT CLIFTON...DAYTON AND THE WESTERN AREAS OF PRESTON 
THROUGH 445 PM MDT.
