ON TUESDAY WITH HIGHS IN THE 90S IN MANY AREAS AS LOW LEVEL FLOW
VEERS AHEAD OF WEAK SURFACE BOUNDARY MOVING INTO NRN OK. FRONTAL
BOUNDARY STALLS THEN BEGINS TO GRADUALLY LIFT NORTH ON WEDNESDAY.
UPPER TROUGH APPOACHING FROM THE SW WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE PRECIP
CHANCES WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY...ESPECIALLY IN THE VICINITY
OF THE STALLED FRONTAL BOUNDARY IN NORTHERN OK. MORE WIDESPREAD
