THE FRONT WILL REMAIN QUITE UNSTABLE. SOME STORMS COULD ONCE AGAIN
BECOME STRONG TO SEVERE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING OVER SOUTHEAST
TENNESSEE AND SOUTHWEST NORTH CAROLINA. ISOLATED DAMAGING WINDS...
