AT 305 AM CDT...THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL WERE RESULTING IN
URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING. RAINFALL OF 1 TO 2 INCHES HAS
OCCURRED OR IS EXPECTED TO FALL WITHIN A COUPLE HOURS TIME.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS
AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AND FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS
