* AT 1146 PM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH    
  FLOODING ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES 2 TO 3    
  INCHES HAVE FALLEN OVER THE WARNED AREA. 

* FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF
  NORTHWESTERN REDWOOD COUNTY...INCLUDING THE TOWNS OF BELVIEW...
  DELHI...SEAFORTH AND VESTA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. DO
NOT ENTER THE WATER. TURN AROUND AND MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO
