  SOUTHERN BALDWIN COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST ALABAMA...

* UNTIL 1245 AM CDT

* AT 940 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED   
  SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER 
  SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF BALDWIN COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES SHOW THAT 
  2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN AND ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINS WILL
  SPREAD OVER THE WARNED AREA DURING THE NEXT HOUR. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF
  WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING IN THE WARNED AREA.
