  SOUTHERN MOBILE COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST ALABAMA...

* UNTIL 1115 PM CDT

* AT 816 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER DETECTED SHOWERS 
  AND THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER SOUTHERN 
  MOBILE COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES SHOW THAT 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS
  FALLEN OVER THE WARNED AREA. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINS WILL SPREAD
  OVER THE WARNED AREA DURING THE NEXT HOUR. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF WILL
  LIKELY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING IN THE WARNED AREA.
