THUNDERSTORMS: SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE LIKELY TODAY...MAINLY
THROUGH THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING HOURS ACROSS THE INTERIOR
AND EAST COASTAL AREAS. THE MAIN THREATS WILL BE FREQUENT
LIGHTNING STRIKES...GUSTY WINDS...AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN.

WATERSPOUTS: THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF WATERSPOUTS ACROSS THE
AREA WATERS TODAY.

WIND: THUNDERSTORMS MAY BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS UP TO
50 MPH.

FLOODING: LOCALIZED URBAN FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE
AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING HOURS.

TEMPERATURES: MAXIMUM HEAT INDEX READINGS THIS AFTERNOON ARE
EXPECTED TO RANGE BETWEEN 100 TO 105 DEGREES.
