COUNTY...PECOS COUNTY...THE WESTERN HALF OF TERRELL COUNTY. LOCALLY
HEAVY RAINFALL COULD LEAD TO LOCALIZED FLOODING OF LOW LYING
AREAS. MINOR STREET FLOODING IN MORE URBAN AREAS WILL ALSO BE A
