A RED FLAG WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR THESE AREAS UNTIL THIS EVENING. STRONG WINDS ARE POSSIBLE IN THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS THIS AFTERNOON...BUT SHOULD REMAIN BELOW 40 MPH. A DRY THUNDERSTORM OR TWO IS ALSO POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON OVER THE BIG BEND REGION.
