THE NEW STORMS WILL LIKELY BUILD SLOWLY TOWARD CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN SECTIONS OF THE STATE THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS AS A COLD FRONT PUSHES INTO THE REGION FROM MISSOURI. SOME STORMS WILL LIKELY BE SEVERE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. DAMAGING WINDS AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL OR LARGER WILL BE THE MAIN CONCERNS.
