* AT 936 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE
  WARNED AREA. LOCALIZED RAINFALLS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE
  OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS.  THE RAINS SHOULD TAPER OFF 
  SIGNIFICANTLY BY MIDNIGHT...HOWEVER THE FLASH FLOODING THREAT WILL 
  PERSIST WELL AFTER THE HEAVY RAIN ENDS.

FOOT FLOOD STAGE.  SHOAL CREEK NEAR BREESE IN CLINTON COUNTY IS ALSO 
APPROACHING ITS 16 FOOT FLOOD STAGE.  ALL OF THESE CREEKS AND 
STREAMS WILL BE EXPERIENCING AN INCREASE IN WATER LEVELS OVER THE 
NEXT FEW HOURS.
