GALE FORCE WINDS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE OUTER WATERS STARTING
FRIDAY AFTERNOON. GALE FORCE WINDS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE FOR THE INNER
WATERS. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR PRIOR TO THE
ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS. STRONG WINDS ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS
