* AT 839 PM EDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED 5 MILES WEST OF GRASSY LICK...AND MOVING EAST
  AT 55 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL.
