SEVERE THIS AFTERNOON INTO EARLY THIS EVENING. IF SEVERE WEATHER
DOES OCCUR...THE PRIMARY SEVERE WEATHER THREAT WOULD BE DAMAGING
WINDS...BUT A FEW ISOLATED TORNADOES MAY BE POSSIBLE. HEAVY RAINFALL
AND LOCALIZED FLOODING ARE ALSO A POSSIBILITY FROM THIS AFTERNOON
INTO TONIGHT.
