Warning for portions of the following rivers in central and southern 
Indiana...

  White River...Wabash River...

.Lowland flooding will develop along rivers in central and southern 
Indiana due to rainfall Friday and Friday night of 1 to nearly 3
inches across the area. Significant flooding is not expected.
Flooding will affect some local and state roads...low agricultural
land and some river parks. Expect flooding in some areas to last
well into next week.

Precautionary/Preparedness Actions...

Motorists should never drive into flood water. Turn around and go 
another way. Keep children away from flooded areas. Recreational and 
agricultural interests should remain alert to changing river 
conditions.

  Youngs Creek...East Fork White...White...Wabash and Muscatatuck  
  Rivers...

.Lowland flooding will develop along portions of the
White...Wabash...East Fork White and Muscatatuck Rivers as well as
Youngs Creek in western...central and southern Indiana this weekend. 
Rain of 1 to nearly 3 inches fell across much of the southern half
of Indiana.  Flooding will be similar to that seen at the end of
November.

Significant flooding is not expected.  Flood crests will range from
near bankfull to possibly 4 feet above flood stage and occur from
Sunday through Thursday.  

Flooding will affect some local and state roads...low agricultural
land and some river parks. 

Precautionary/Preparedness Actions...

Motorists should never drive into flood water. Turn around and go 
another way. Keep children away from flooded areas. Recreational and 
agricultural interests should remain alert to changing river 
conditions.

.Lowland flooding will continue along portions of the
White...Wabash and East Fork White in central and southern Indiana
into next week. 

Rain of 1 to nearly 3 inches fell across much of the southern half
of Indiana on Friday contributing to flooding that is similar to that
seen at the end of November. Significant flooding is not expected.  

Flooding will affect some local and state roads...low agricultural
land and some river parks. 

Precautionary/Preparedness Actions...

Motorists should never drive into flood water. Turn around and go 
another way. Keep children away from flooded areas. Recreational and 
agricultural interests should remain alert to changing river 
conditions.

.High levels and lowland flooding continued along rivers in southern
Indiana.  The crest on the White River was at Edwardsport and the
crest on the East Fork White River was at Seymour.  Flood levels
ranged from bankfull to 2 feet above flood stage.

River levels in the Bedford...Williams and Shoals areas will begin to
rise again by Tuesday and crest by Friday at levels slightly higher
than seen during the weekend.  The White River in the Petersburg and
Hazleton areas will rise at most another foot by late Wednesday and
remain near crest through Friday.

Flooding will end in southern Indiana by Monday...December 15. 
Little rain is expected during this time.

INDIANA...ILLINOIS..MISSOURI AND IOWA. SURFACE ANALYSIS EARLY THIS
MORNING SHOWS LOW PRESSURE OVER EASTERN KENTUCKY...PULLING
NORTHEAST. RADAR SHOWS THE BACK EDGE OF PRECIP ALONG A LAF/HUF
LINE...PUSHING EAST.

SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED TO END BY 14Z AT ALL THE TAF SITES...HOWEVER
EXTENSIVE CLOUDS WILL REMAIN AS TIME HEIGHTS SHOW LINGERING LOWER
