...A Flood Warning continues for portions of the following rivers in 
Indiana...

  Wabash River...White River...

.Lowland flooding will develop along portions of the White and Wabash
Rivers in western and southern Indiana this week. Significant
flooding is not expected. Flooding will affect some local and state
roads...low agricultural land and some river parks. 

Flood crests will range from near bankfull to possibly 4 feet above
flood stage.  Crests will occur from Tuesday through the end of
November.  Rain of 1 to more than 3 inches fell in the area since
Sunday afternoon.

Precautionary/Preparedness Actions...

Motorists should never drive into flood water. Turn around and go 
another way. Keep children away from flooded areas. Recreational and 
agricultural interests should remain alert to changing river 
conditions.

...A Flood Warning continues for portions of the following rivers in 
Indiana...

  Wabash River...White River...

.Lowland flooding developed along portions Wabash River in the
Lafayette area late Monday and will develop from Terre Haute to near
Vincennes in the coming days.  Along the White River...near bankfull
conditions to within one foot above flood stage is expected from
Elliston to Edwardsport.  Flooding will affect some local and state
roads...low agricultural land and some river parks. 

Flood crests will range from near bankfull to possibly 4 feet above
flood stage.  Crests will occur from Tuesday through the end of
November.

Precautionary/Preparedness Actions...

Motorists should never drive into flood water. Turn around and go 
another way. Keep children away from flooded areas. Recreational and 
agricultural interests should remain alert to changing river 
conditions.

The river crested just below flood stage at Worthington and
Elliston, and will crest just below flood stage at Edwardsport
around noon today.

The highest flood crests have already occurred, which were along the
Wabash at about 4 feet above flood stage. Flooding is expected to
end by Tuesday, December 2.

  Wabash River...


.A flooding warning continues along the Wabash River in western
Indiana.  On Friday morning lowland flooding extended along portions
of the river from Lafayette Indiana to Palestine Illinois.  Flood
levels ranged from nearly flood stage to 2 feet above flood stage. 
The crest on the river extended from Montezuma to Palestine.

The river will remain near crest level from 1 to 3 days before slowly
falling.  Lowland flooding will end by December 3.  Flooding
affected low agricultural land...river parks and possibly a few
local river roads.
 
Precautionary/Preparedness Actions...

Motorists should never drive into flood water. Turn around and go

.Flood warnings continue along the Wabash River in western Indiana. 
Low-land flooding this morning extended along portions of the river
from Covington down through Riverton Indiana.  Flood levels ranged
from near flood stage to one and a half feet above flood stage.

The river will remain near crest level from 1 to 2 days before slowly
falling.  Lowland flooding will end by December 2nd.  Flooding
affected low agricultural land...river parks and possibly a few
local river roads.

MVFR CEILINGS WITH WORSE CONDITIONS AT TIMES THIS MORNING. GUSTY
WINDS WILL BE THE RULE UNTIL LATE TONIGHT.

RADAR INDICATES NUMEROUS SHOWERS ACROSS THE AREA. A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS COULD AFFECT KIND AND KBMG FOR THE 1ST HOUR BEFORE
THEY MOVE ON TO THE EAST.

MEANWHILE STRONG LOW PRESSURE WAS OVER THE NORTHERN GREAT LAKES AND
A COLD FRONT EXTENDED SOUTH ALONG THE INDIANA ILLINOIS BORDER.  THIS
COLD FRONT WILL MOVE RAPIDLY EAST ACROSS INDIANA THIS MORNING. RADAR
LOOPS AND MODELS INDICATE SHOWERS SHOULD DIMINISH BY LATE MORNING.
CEILINGS MAY IMPROVE A LITTLE...BUT WILL MOST LIKELY REMAIN MVFR
CEILINGS THIS AFTERNOON AND WELL INTO TONIGHT.

MORE SIGNIFICANT WILL BE STRONG WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS UP TO 25
KNOTS AND GUSTS UP TO 35 KNOTS BY LATE MORNING AND THIS AFTERNOON.
