3 NM. THE FOG WILL LINGER NEAR THE COAST FOR MUCH OF THE DAY. A
COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE COAST THIS EVENING AND DRY NORTHWEST
WINDS IN THE WAKE OF THE FRONT SHOULD END THE FOG THREAT.
