ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP DURING THE MID
TO LATE AFTERNOON. STORMS WILL MOVE NORTHEAST ACROSS THE
AREA...WITH THE BEST STORM COVERAGE NORTH OF A TRIBUNE TO OBERLIN
LINE. A FEW STORMS MAY BECOME SEVERE WITH LARGE HAIL UP TO QUARTER
SIZE AND SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OUTFLOW WINDS.  SEVERE STORMS WILL
MOVE OUT OF THE AREA AFTER MIDNIGHT.
