A FLASH FLOOD WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR EASTERN UTAH AND WESTERN
COLORADO THROUGH THIS EVENING. FREQUENT SHOWERS WITH A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS CAN BE EXPECTED TODAY AND THIS EVENING. LOCALLY
HEAVY RAIN SHOWERS MAY OCCUR WHICH COULD CAUSE LOCALIZED FLASH
FLOODING OR MUD DEBRIS FLOWS. AREAS OF STEEP TERRAIN WILL BE PRONE
TO MUD OR ROCK SLIDES AND FALLING ROCKS.
