CAPABLE OF LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS. HEAVY RAIN MAY RESULT IN
FLASH FLOODING...PARTICULARLY EAST OF A LINE FROM KILLEEN...TO
DALLAS...TO BONHAM...WHERE A FLASH FLOOD WATCH WILL BE IN EFFECT
FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 5 AM TUESDAY MORNING.
