STORMS AND SOME ENHANCED DOWNBURST WINDS ARE POSSIBLE. ISOLATED
STRONG TO SEVERE DEVELOPMENT CANNOT BE RULED OUT FOR THIS
AFTERNOON INTO EVENING.
