  CENTRAL UNION COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL GEORGIA INCLUDING THE CITY 
  OF BLAIRSVILLE.

* UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT

* AT 558 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  FLASH FLOODING FROM A SERIES OF TRAINING THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE 
  WARNED AREA ESTIMATED TO HAVE DROPPED 2.5 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN IN
  ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF PERIOD.
