AT 425 PM EDT...THUNDERSTORMS WERE WIDESPREAD ACROSS ALL OF
NORTHWESTERN PENNSYLVANIA. THE STORMS WERE MOVING VERY
SLOWLY...MAINLY TO THE NORTH AT LESS THAN 5 MPH.

VERY HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED TO FALL FROM ALL OF THESE STORMS. ALSO
POSSIBLE. 40 MPH WIND GUSTS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

INTENSE RAINFALL IS OCCURRING IN A FEW OF THESE STORMS...AND MAY
LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED
