HEAVY RAINFALL OVER MUSSELSHELL COUNTY WITH STORMS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING MAY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OVER AND NEAR THE WILSON...DAHL...AND DELPHIA BURN SCARS.
