  NORTHWESTERN BUCKINGHAM COUNTY IN CENTRAL VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 500 PM EDT

* AT 400 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING
  A STRONG THUNDERSTORM NEAR WINGINA...MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 15
  MPH.

* WIND GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM. VERY HEAVY
  RAIN IS FALLING...AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO POND ON ROADWAYS AND
  QUICKLY FILL ROADSIDE DITCHES AND SMALL STREAMS. EXPECT FREQUENT
  CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING WITH THIS STORM.
