BLOWING DUST IS ALSO POSSIBLE IN THE BASIN AND RANGE.

THUNDERSTORMS ARE DEVELOPING OVER THE SURPRISE VALLEY...EASTERN
LASSEN AND NORTHERN WASHOE COUNTIES THIS MORNING.  THE STORMS ARE
MOVING NORTH AT 20 TO 30 MPH. THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP
TODAY WITH A FEW SEVERE STORMS POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON.

OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING...MODERATE RAIN...AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS TO 50
MPH...ARE POSSIBLE THIS MORNING.  GUSTY WINDS MAY GENERATE AREAS OF
BLOWING DUST WITH VISIBILITY LESS THAN 3 MILES. A REMOTE OBSERVATION
SITE IN NORTHEAST LASSEN COUNTY RECENTLY REPORTED A WIND GUST TO 47
MPH.

* LOCATIONS AFFECTED THROUGH 1100 AM PDT INCLUDE...CEDARVILLE...SMOKE
  CREEK DESERT...HIGHWAY 395 NORTH OF DOYLE.

FREQUENT DEADLY LIGHTNING...HEAVY RAIN...SMALL PEA SIZE HAIL...AND
STRONG GUSTY WINDS TO 50 MPH...WILL OCCUR WITH THIS STORM.

HIGHWAY 447 BETWEEN GERLACH AND EAGLEVILLE.
