LOCALIZED FLOODING HAZARD. OTHERWISE ISOLATED GUSTS OF DAMAGING
WIND IS A POSSIBILITY IF SEVERE WEATHER WERE TO OCCUR...BUT
WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

SIGNIFICANT FLOODING CONTINUES ON AREA RIVERS...INCLUDING MAJOR
RIVER FLOODING ON PORTIONS OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER. REFER TO THE
