BUFFALO...MOVING SOUTH AT 30 TO 35 MPH.  THIS STORM HAS PRODUCED
DAMAGING WINDS OVER 60 MPH AND QUARTER SIZED HAIL IN SOUTHWEST
KANSAS.

THIS STORM IS EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO NORTHERN HARPER AND WOODS
COUNTIES BETWEEN 815 AND 830 PM.  STRONG GUSTY WINDS MAY PRECEDE
THE RAIN.
