* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL MONROE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL ALABAMA...
  EAST CENTRAL CLARKE COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST ALABAMA...

* UNTIL 430 AM CST

* AT 1031 PM CST...VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WAS INDICATED OVER THE WARNED
  AREA AND RADAR ESTIMATES SHOW 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS
  OCCURRED OVER THE PAST THREE WHICH HAS FALLEN ON SATURATED GROUND.
  THIS WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING IN THE WARNED AREA.

  THE RAIN WILL END DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS HOWEVER RUNOFF
  WILL STILL OCCUR AND WATER LEVELS WILL BE SLOW TO RECEDE.
