THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR THE EXTREME SOUTHERN TEXAS
PANHANDLE...SOUTH PLAINS AND ROLLING PLAINS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

CONVECTIVE

THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK FOR SEVERE STORMS FROM LATE THIS AFTERNOON
THROUGH EARLY SATURDAY MORNING ACROSS THE ENTIRE OUTLOOK AREA.
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ALONG A DRYLINE THIS
AFTERNOON WITH MORE WIDESPREAD THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP
AND MOVE ACROSS MUCH OF THE OUTLOOK AREA TONIGHT. THE PRIMARY
THREATS WITH THIS ACTIVITY WILL BE HAIL TO THE SIZE OF GOLF BALLS
AND WIND GUSTS TO AROUND 60 MPH.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

SUSTAINED WESTERLY WINDS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH WILL DEVELOP ON
SATURDAY BRINGING WITH IT THE POTENTIAL FOR BLOWING DUST. IN
ADDITION...DRY AND MILD CONDITIONS...COUPLED WITH THE WIND..WILL
ELEVATE THE FIRE DANGER.
