IN AN HOUR. OVERALL RAINFALL TOTALS SHOULD RANGE FROM 2 TO 4
INCHES WITH ISOLATED 5 INCH AMOUNTS. THE RAINFALL MAY CAUSE MINOR
FLOODING IN LOW LYING AREAS AND IN URBAN AREAS.
