EARLY EVENING. SLOW MOVING AREAS OF HEAVY RAINFALL WILL LEAD TO
LOCALLY EXCESSIVE RAINFALL AND ISOLATED FLASH FLOODING. THE MAIN
THREAT AREA WILL BE OVER THE NORTH CAROLINA MOUNTAINS...NORTHEAST
GEORGIA AND THE WESTERN UPSTATE.
