DENSE FOG WILL RESTRICT VISIBILITIES TO AT LEAST A QUARTER MILE...AND DRIVERS ARE URGED TO USE CAUTION...SLOW DOWN...AND LEAVE PLENTY OF DISTANCE BETWEEN VEHICLES. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING ACROSS CENTRAL GEORGIA CONTINUES TO RESULT IN RISING RIVERS AND CREEKS.
