AT 450 PM EDT...METEOROLOGISTS WERE TRACKING AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN
DEVELOPING OVER FLOYD COUNTY. THESE AREAS WERE SLOWLY MOVING EAST AT
10 MPH AND WILL BE CAPABLE OF A QUICK INCH OR MORE OF RAIN THROUGH
545 PM EDT.

ADDITIONALLY...A LINE OF HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO THE
NORTH IS SLOWLY SHIFTING SOUTH. THIS LINE OF STORMS WILL LIKELY
SPREAD INTO FLOYD COUNTY AFTER 600 PM EDT AND IF THEY DONT WEAKEN...
THEY COULD PRODUCE ENOUGH ADDITIONAL RAIN TO CAUSE NEW FLASH
