HOT AND HUMID CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE TODAY. HEAT INDEX READINGS
OF 97 TO 105 ARE EXPECTED DURING THE AFTERNOON.

THERE IS A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS FROM MID MORNING THROUGH LATE
EVENING. THE STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE
STORMS EAST OF A LINE FROM ROUGHLY DUBUQUE...TO BURLINGTON. IF
SEVERE STORMS DEVELOP...THE PRIMARY THREAT WOULD BE DAMAGING WINDS.

THE POTENTIAL FOR THUNDERSTORMS IS IN THE FORECAST FOR MOST OF THE
