A SLOW MOVING SURFACE COLD FRONT WILL PRODUCE NUMEROUS SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE NORTH COUNTRY ON THURSDAY. THESE
STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL IN A
SHORT PERIOD OF TIME...WHICH WILL INCREASE THE THREAT FOR POOR
DRAINAGE AND MINOR FIELD FLOODING. IN ADDITION...A FEW STRONGER
STORMS COULD PRODUCE LOCALIZED GUSTY WINDS AND SMALL HAIL...ALONG

WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH AND SMALL HAIL UP TO DIME SIZE ARE POSSIBLE WITH
