WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

 * IN OKLAHOMA...PAWNEE...WASHINGTON...OSAGE...CREEK...OKFUSKEE...
   OKMULGEE AND TULSA. 

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...
 * STRONG WINDS HAVE DEVELOPED OVER PORTIONS OF EASTERN
   OKLAHOMA...MAINLY EAST OF HIGHWAY 75 IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA.
   THIS IS AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT. WIND GUSTS BETWEEN
   30 AND 35 MPH WILL BE COMMON WITH OCCASIONAL GUSTS OVER 40 MPH
   DURING THE NIGHT. THE HIGHER GUSTS ARE EXPECTED TO DIMINISH BY
   MORNING. 

IMPACTS...
 * WIND GUSTS OCCASIONALLY BETWEEN 40 AND 50 MPH.

 * WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR 
   HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
