WINDS 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH ARE EXPECTED. LOCALLY
HIGHER GUSTS TO 70 MPH THROUGH FAVORED MOUNTAIN PASSES AND CANYONS
ARE ALSO POSSIBLE.

A PATTERN CHANGE DURING THE LATTER HALF OF THIS WEEK WILL BRING
