AND IN ASSOCIATION WITH AN APPROACHING UPPER LEVEL TROUGH OF LOW
PRESSURE FROM THE NORTH. THE BEST CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND STORMS
WILL BE THIS AFTERNOON...AND A FEW COULD PRODUCE GUSTY WINDS AND
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL.
