THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTHEAST ALABAMA...
SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL GEORGIA...AND THE FLORIDA BIG BEND
AND PANHANDLE...AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT...
STRONG GUSTY WINDS AND ROUGH SEAS WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS BOATING
CONDITIONS WITH FREQUENT WIND GUSTS TO GALE FORCE. SOME STRONG
WIND GUSTS AROUND 30 TO 35 MPH WILL OCCUR OVER LAND AS WELL. A
WIDESPREAD FREEZE IS EXPECTED LATE TONIGHT...WITH LOWS IN THE MID
TO UPPER 20S. WHEN COMBINED WITH THE WIND...THE APPARENT
TEMPERATURE WILL FEEL MORE LIKE THE UPPER TEENS BY DAYBREAK
TUESDAY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...
WIND CHILLS WILL CLIMB OUT OF THE TEENS AND INTO THE 30S BY
AFTERNOON AS TEMPERATURES SLOWLY WARM AND THE WINDS GRADUALLY
DIMINISH. A WIDESPREAD HARD FREEZE IS EXPECTED TUESDAY
NIGHT...WITH LOWS REACHING THE UPPER TEENS IN THE NORMALLY COLDEST
INLAND LOCATIONS...AWAY FROM THE CITIES. THE NEXT CHANCE OF RAIN
WILL COME THIS WEEKEND...BUT ORGANIZED SEVERE STORMS APPEAR
