HAVE DEVELOPED THIS MORNING...INCLUDING ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS.
EXPECT AN ADDITIONAL 2-7 INCHES OF SNOW FOR THE SIERRA AND 0.05-0.60
INCHES OF RAIN FOR THE VALLEY/FOOTHILLS AS SHOWERS TAPER OFF
THROUGHOUT THE DAY.
