THE NERN FRINGE OF THE HIGHER SURFACE THETA-E...AND ON THE EDGE OF
SUBSTANTIAL CAPPING WHICH LIES TO THE E.

ONCE CELL WAS MAINLY OVER THE WATER...BUT THE SRN APPENDAGE WAS
AFFECTING THE OH SHORE OF OTTAWA COUNTY. THIS STORM HAS A BROAD
MESOCYCLONE ASSOCIATED WITH IT. OTHER ACTIVITY EXISTS W OF THIS
CELL...BUT MULTIPLE CELLS APPEAR TO BE INTERFERING WITH STORM
STRUCTURE.

THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE THAT THESE CELLS PRODUCE SEVERE WIND
GUSTS...BEFORE WEAKENING IN THE NEXT HOUR OR SO. THE WINDOW OF
OPPORTUNITY IS SHORT BEFORE IT OUTRUNS THE SURFACE BASED UNSTABLE
