WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS. IN
ADDITION...EXPECT A 30 MINUTE PERIOD OF VERY HEAVY RAIN WHICH WILL
CAUSE WATER TO POND ON ROADS AND QUICKLY FILL ROADSIDE DITCHES AND
